When is my rent due?  When and how much are late fees assessed?

Rent is due on the first of the month and is late after the 5^th of the month, at which a $35 late fee is assessed.  Payments will be applied to any past due balance first and next to current rent. Past due amounts of $70 or more will be assessed a late fee.

I have a maintenance emergency.  What should I do?

Compton Hill has an emergency pager system set up to receive your calls after business hours.  This system should be used only if you have a maintenance emergency that cannot wait until the office reopens the following day.  Common emergencies include:

• No heat (outside temperature is under 40 degrees)
• No A/C (outside temperature is over 90 degrees)
• Water leakage in apartment
• All functioning toilets are broken
• Break-in
• Sewer back ups

 Lock outs are not considered emergencies.  Please call Aaron’s Kwik Key at 845-0000.  You will be responsible for paying for this service
